Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation
Handle day-to-day operational activities to support smooth business functioning
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
Support performance management, attendance, payroll coordination, and vendor follow-ups
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR and operational matters
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum
8 years of total professional experience
At least
2 years of experience in a software development company
Strong preference for candidates with
extensive experience in the software/IT industry
Good understanding of HR processes within a tech-driven environment
Strong communication and coordination skills

Stable career history in software or IT services organizations
