Job Description

1.Recruitment & Staffing



Manage end-to-end recruitment.

Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate onboarding.

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

2. Employee Orientation & Training



Conduct Joining Formalities, induction and Training for new employees.

Employee Record keeping, Proper Documentation

3. HR Administration



Maintain employee files, ID cards, uniform issuing, and HR documentation.

Prepare HR letters: appointment, warnings, increments, etc.

4. Attendance, Payroll & Statutory Compliance



Monitor daily attendance, biometrics.

Coordinate monthly payroll processing, ESI, EPF, Professional Tax, Dealing Labour matters

Maintain leave registers and handle leave approvals as per company norms.

5. HR Policies & Compliance



Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.

6. Employee Relations & Discipline



Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy and labor laws.

Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement programs.

7. Performance Management



Implement appraisal systems.

Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal, monthly and yearly Increment

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Master of Business Administration.

Minimum 3 -5 years of HR experience in (health care)

Strong knowledge of payroll.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
