Resolve employee queries and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
Assist the HR Manager in
policy development, audits, and MIS reports

Coordinate training programs, manpower planning, and disciplinary procedures.
Guide junior HR staff and improve HR processes.
5-8 years
of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance & employee relations.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
