We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in
contract staffing, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and workforce management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between project heads, site supervisors, and external vendors to ensure smooth manpower deployment and compliance adherence across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end contract staffing operations
including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with
project heads and site supervisors
for manpower planning and deployment.
Liaise with
vendors and manpower agencies
for resource fulfillment and timely documentation.
Ensure
compliance
with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
Maintain employee data, prepare HR reports, and track workforce movement across sites.
Handle
employee grievances
, queries, and day-to-day HR operations at sites.
Support audits and ensure adherence to company HR policies and legal standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in HR, specifically in
contract staffing and compliance
.
Hands-on experience in
vendor management and site coordination
.
Good understanding of
labour laws and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
