Key Responsibilities
Manage core HR operations: recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, procurement, and asset records.
Stay in continuous touch with the Project Manager to ensure cross-departmental alignment with project milestones through timely reminders, follow-ups, and escalations when needed.
Keep track of preparation and circulation of meeting decks, agendas, MoMs, and project reports.
Maintain a centralised schedule of all upcoming project meetings, client visits, and delivery timelines.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for employees attending project meetings or external client visits.
Maintain a log of travel expenses and ensure timely reimbursements and required approvals.
Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external vendors.
Handle documentation, correspondence, and office communication in a structured and timely manner.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in HR & Administration roles.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage schedules with minimal supervision.
