Role Overview:



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Senior HR Professional

to oversee all human resource functions, drive organizational culture, and support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement, aligning HR strategies with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Management



Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational structure. Drive employee-centric culture and ensure strong communication within teams.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments and project teams. Build talent pipelines for upcoming government and private projects. Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues effectively. Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and welfare initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance



Supervise payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Maintain accurate HR records and reports for audits and management reviews.

5. Performance Management & Training



Implement appraisal systems and performance tracking tools. Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs. Support management in workforce capability development.

6. HR Policy & Process Implementation



Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and management. Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software. Experience in the

Skill Development / Education / Media sector

will be an added advantage.
