Key Responsibilities:
? Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, performance management, and compliance.
? Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
? Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
? Implement and monitor HR policies, labor law compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
? Manage performance appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI setting, promotions, and succession planning.
? Design and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
? Identify training needs and run L&D initiatives to strengthen skills and leadership capabilities.
? Handle compensation & benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and HRMIS reporting.
? Provide strategic HR insights to management through HR analytics, dashboards, and attrition analysis.
? Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and growth vision.
Requirements:
? MBA/PG in HR with 3 - 4 years of experience.
? Proven expertise in end-to-end HR management and people leadership.
? Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRMS tools, and modern HR practices.
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
