Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, exits, and employee records
Oversee payroll processing, vendor coordination, and payroll accuracy
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
Handle audits, statutory filings, and compliance documentation
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
Address employee relations issues and support management on HR matters
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
6-12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to
Recruitment,
compliance, payroll, and operations
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience working with HRMS and payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
