The Senior HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS systems, and maintaining accurate employee records with strict confidentiality. The role also requires end-to-end HR lifecycle management and expertise in industrial relations (IR) and labour law compliance, particularly in West Bengal and Odisha.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems.
Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
Lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
Implement and manage HR policies, labour law compliance, and frameworks.
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
Manage industrial relations (IR) effectively with strong knowledge of labour laws.
Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.
Ensure smooth handling of employee grievances and workplace issues with discretion and empathy.
Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
Requirements
Age:
25-35 years.
Master's degree in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR) or equivalent (Not mandatory)
4-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance frameworks.
Proven expertise in HR lifecycle management and industrial relations.
Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, IT, FMCG, Consulting (customizable as per need).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and HR analytics.
