Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and talent development
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR operations
Create, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4-8 years of experience in HR generalist or HR manager role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and recruitment tools
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT / Startup / Services industry
Exposure to performance-driven and fast-growing environments
Change management and culture-building experience
