Design, document, and implement company-wide HR policies
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulations

Senior-Level Hiring

Lead hiring for senior and leadership roles across departments
Build strong pipelines, manage end-to-end hiring, and ensure cultural fit

Organization Design

Work with leadership to refine org structure, KRAs, and reporting lines
Enable department-level alignment and role clarity

Performance Management

Establish and drive performance review processes (quarterly, annual)
Create robust feedback mechanisms and goal-setting frameworks

Employee Engagement & Culture

Build initiatives to improve employee experience, retention, and communication
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and learning

Learning & Development

Identify training needs and create development programs

HR Analytics & Reporting

Track hiring, attrition, and performance trends using HR metrics
