Job Title: Senior HR Manager - Talent & People Partner

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, mature, and proactive HR professional to join our growing design firm. This role combines strategic talent leadership with thoughtful people partnership to support our growth from 70 to 90+ team members, while nurturing a culture of excellence, accountability, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Leadership:
Build, manage, and sustain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet the company's expanding needs across senior and mid-level roles (e.g., Project Managers, Senior Architects, Senior Interior Designers)
Lead headhunting and proactive talent mapping initiatives in alignment with organizational growth
Coordinate and refine hiring processes across departments with a focus on quality, speed, and cultural fit
Maintain active engagement with talent networks and recruitment platforms
People Partnering & Team Development:
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to support fair and structured performance review processes
Guide teams in handling internal conflicts, feedback delivery, and employee development conversations
Ensure alignment between business goals and people practices through regular leadership interaction
People Operations & Culture:
Oversee implementation of HR policies, documentation, NDAs, and compliance standards
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes with a focus on experience and efficiency
Support engagement initiatives and internal communications that reinforce company values and culture
Desired Candidate Profile
:
10-14 years of well-rounded HR experience, with strong exposure to both talent acquisition and people operations
Proven success in building teams in a creative, design-oriented, or growth-stage organization
Confident, structured, and action-oriented with a balance of empathy and authority
Ability to work closely with leadership while also being hands-on with execution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust across all levels

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?110,000.00 per month
