Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and defence/aerospace industry requirements
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for technical, R&D, manufacturing, and corporate teams
Handle end-to-end recruitment with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, and other sourcing and HR tools
Ensure recruitment processes comply with defence, aerospace, and organizational security standards
Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
Provide HR guidance and advisory support to managers and employees on people policies and procedures
Collaborate with department heads to identify training, competency development, and succession planning needs
Drive performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and appraisals
Oversee disciplinary procedures, internal investigations, and corrective actions as required
Support leadership in building a compliant, disciplined, and performance-driven organizational culture
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-6 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Proven success in implementing HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability defence and aerospace environment
