Roles & Responsibilities
Drive and manage the
complete hiring lifecycle
Build and execute
recruitment strategies
Lead and mentor the
Talent Acquisition team
Work closely with
business and technical hiring managers
Ensure
quality hiring within TAT
Conduct CV reviews, interviews, and feedback alignment
Manage
salary discussions and offer closures
Ensure smooth
documentation and onboarding
Maintain candidate database and
strong talent pipeline
Monitor
recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring reports
Maintain adherence to HR policies and compliance
Good to Have
IT hiring experience is a plus
Experience in niche and bulk hiring
Understanding of hiring trends, market mapping & talent demand
ATS or recruitment tool exposure
