We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused
Human Resources Manager
to lead and strengthen HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to align people practices with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational growth.
Conduct workforce forecasting, talent-gap analysis, and manpower planning.
Partner with business leaders to build future-ready talent pipelines.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead the complete hiring cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Strengthen employer branding to attract top-tier talent.
Optimize recruitment processes using ATS platforms and hiring analytics.
3. Onboarding & Employee Integration
Design and manage structured 30-60-90 day onboarding programs.
Ensure new employees are effectively integrated into culture, systems, and teams.
Continuously refine onboarding processes to improve retention.
4. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
Build and maintain strong employee-management relations.
Address grievances and conflicts with fairness, confidentiality, and neutrality.
Support employees and managers with guidance on interpersonal issues.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training gaps and create annual L&D roadmaps.
Partner with internal/external trainers to deliver skill-building and leadership programs.
Track and evaluate training impact and effectiveness.
6. Performance Management & Appraisals
Drive quarterly and annual performance management cycles.
Assist managers with KPI setting, review mechanisms, and feedback delivery.
Maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency in appraisals.
7. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
Support compensation benchmarking and salary structuring.
Coordinate payroll with finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage benefits, insurance programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
8. Legal Compliance & Policy Governance
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records.
9. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Promote inclusive hiring, development, and engagement practices.
Lead initiatives that strengthen cultural awareness and workplace equity.
Implement DEI programs that foster respect and collaboration.
10. HRMS Management & Data Analytics
Maintain accurate employee data and workflows through
HRMS systems
.
Publish monthly HR dashboards covering attendance, attrition, engagement, and productivity.
Use HRMS data insights to support decision-making and improve HR operations.
11. Employee Engagement & Retention
Conduct engagement surveys and analyze employee sentiment.
Develop strategies to boost morale, collaboration, and retention.
Drive recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.
12. Disciplinary & Exit Management
Manage disciplinary actions in line with organizational guidelines.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
Ensure smooth relieving, F&F settlement, and knowledge transfer processes.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
6 to 10 years of HR experience in corporate or IT environments.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and people management.
Additional HR certifications (HRBP, labor law, analytics) are an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in HRMS Tools
such as GreytHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Zoho People, Darwinbox, BambooHR, etc.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and performance management platforms.
Strong skills in HR analytics, dashboard creation, and data interpretation.
Knowledge of compensation structures, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Expertise in drafting, implementing, and optimizing HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks.
