Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and people-centric

Senior HR Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches in Coimbatore. This role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution and is ideal for an HR professional capable of strengthening HR systems, ensuring statutory compliance, and partnering closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

The position offers high ownership, leadership visibility, and the opportunity to standardize and enhance HR practices across multiple locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Talent Management

Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including the definition, monitoring, and evaluation of KRAs and KPIs Manage probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review processes Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and employee development initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives Conduct regular branch visits to ensure consistency in HR practices and policy implementation
HR Operations & Administration

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal movements, and exit processes Manage attendance, leave systems, payroll coordination, and employee documentation Maintain accurate HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports
Compliance & Policy Governance

Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements Implement and monitor HR policies consistently across both locations Conduct periodic HR audits and recommend process and policy enhancements
Leadership & Business Partnership

Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior management and business leaders Support workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy initiatives Facilitate effective internal HR communication and leadership meetings
Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner roles Strong knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and statutory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English Willingness to travel between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches
