The ideal candidate will act as a key HR partner to management, driving consistency, engagement, and people-focused practices.
Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including setting, tracking, and reviewing KRAs and KPIs
Manage probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review cycles
Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure alignment with HR policies and practices
HR Operations & Administration
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records
Maintain accurate HR MIS, reports, and documentation
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements
Implement and monitor HR policies consistently across both locations
Conduct periodic HR audits and recommend process and policy improvements
Stakeholder & Management Coordination
Facilitate HR meetings and manage internal HR communications
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
3-6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
Strong working knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Willingness to travel regularly between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches
