Ensure effective implementation of HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee welfare.
Maintain accurate records and reports on all aspects of HR functions.
Develop and implement strategies for improving employee engagement and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
12-20 years of experience in an Textile Processing(Dyeing) industry setting.
Strong knowledge of HR administration, contract labour management, payroll management, statutory compliance (industrial relations), plant HR.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
