Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Design and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees.
? Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in alignment with company policies.
Plan and execute team-building activities and employee welfare programs.
? Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
? HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Monitor attendance, leave, and discipline management.
? Payroll & Benefits Administration
Oversee payroll processing and benefits management.
Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Manage statutory compliance like PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
? Strategic HR Initiatives
Work with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and process improvements.
