Requirements:

Proven experience in handling all HR functions of an organization
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Formulation, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
Employee relations, engagement and counselling
Administering the performance management system
Overseeing compensation and benefits administration
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Managing HR data (leave, payroll, employee files) and reporting
