. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation -- with a focus on improving team productivity and retention in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
recruitment and onboarding
for Sales & Telecalling profiles.
Develop and implement
attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems
.
Manage
incentive plans, PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), and appraisal cycles
.
Conduct regular
training, motivation, and engagement sessions
for sales executives.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and ensure smooth coordination with management.
Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare monthly reports on
hiring, performance, and retention metrics
.
Support management in driving
sales productivity through HR strategies
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
4+ years of experience in HR, with minimum 2 years handling
Sales/Tele calling
operations.
Strong understanding of
Sales targets, performance metrics of HR team, and team motivation techniques
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with
MS Excel, Manual HRMS tools
, and reporting.
