Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Senior HR Manager

to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and support the organization's growth through effective people management. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR expertise.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions professionally. Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs. Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning. Conduct HR audits, maintain HRIS data, and generate accurate reports. Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
