Job Summary

The Senior HR Manager will lead and drive the organization's human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and compliance. The position will play a critical role in building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring robust HR governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with long-term business goals Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the executive team Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring initiatives Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management, Oversee senior-level and critical hiring across departments Design and implement long-term talent retention and employer branding strategies Ensure effective onboarding and workforce optimization

Employee Relations & Culture



Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and change management programs Handle complex employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion

Performance Management & Leadership Development



Design and oversee performance management frameworks Develop leadership training, coaching, and succession planning programs Drive continuous improvement and high-performance culture initiatives

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards



Lead compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs Oversee benefits administration and ensure market competitiveness Advise leadership on rewards, recognition, and retention strategies

Compliance, Risk & Governance



Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures Manage employee risk, legal matters, and liaison with external legal advisors

HR Operations & Analytics



Lead HR operations, HRIS implementation, and process automation Monitor HR metrics, analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships

Team Leadership



Build, lead, and mentor the HR team Set departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards

Education Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree (MBA / MS HRM) preferred Professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) highly desirable

Experience



Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or managerial role Proven experience partnering with executive leadership
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
