Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and performance.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent development.
Talent Acquisition & Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the right talent is hired.
Build talent pipelines for critical roles and succession planning.
Develop and manage employee retention strategies.
Performance Management & Development
Drive performance management systems, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation processes.
Implement training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
Mentor and coach managers and employees to build leadership capabilities.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace investigations fairly and professionally.
HR Operations & Policies
Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration.
Regularly review and update HR policies in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Implement HR digital tools and processes for efficiency.
Culture & Engagement
Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Lead employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Act as a change management leader during organizational transformations.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum
10 years of progressive HR experience
, including at least 3-4 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in
