Monthly filing PF & ESIC challan, PT calculation with help of HR consultant and Internal Account team.

HR Audit
- Help for Audit support to any documentation of employee's information. Updated ERP and Employees filing and other compliances files up to date.

Performance Management
- PMS with self-assessment and set KRA and measure with competency data evaluation. Assisting Performance Appraisal KRA and Goal setting

Employee Welfare
- Employees Medical Insurance and Workman Compensation Policy & other benefits.
Safety & health and wellness - provide training on Safety Practices at cares for Internal & External team.

Employee Engagement -
Monthly Birthday Celebration / Rewards & Recognition / HR & Sales Meet / Festival Celebration - Culture Activities and Team Building and Incentive Programmer etc.

- Helping employee's issues & problem solving

Exit Formalities
- Track records of resigned employees for retaining and Conduct stay Interview or Exit Interviews for company feedback.
