Job Summary:
A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees the recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws. They develop and implement HR policies to support a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
Handle payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (typically 7-8 years) in HR management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
