Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Handle employee documentation and maintain HR databases.
Oversee and manage the payroll system ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure statutory compliance related to HR and payroll functions.
Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide HR support and guidance to team members across all levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and payroll.
Solid understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
