Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record in the real estate or construction industry. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation, and employee relations.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee and improve talent acquisition processes to attract high-caliber professionals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert HR guidance and support.
- Monitor and improve organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR records and practices meet regulatory requirements.
- Handle payroll oversight, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
- Mentor and lead junior HR staff, building a high-performing HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, HR systems, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects and teams effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software such as KEKA HR
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and safety regulations.
