Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and support the organization's growth objectives. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, and the effective implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with business objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
Drive employee engagement programs and promote a positive, high-performance workplace culture
Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans
Oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Plan and deliver learning and development programs across the organization
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics for review by senior leadership
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
5-8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Prior experience in education, training, or service-based industries is a plus

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
