About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior HR Manager

to oversee and streamline our HR procedures . This is a strategic leadership role that combines

human resource management, procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative execution

to drive organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of proven experience, preferably from the

construction, architecture, or interior design

industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Drive procurement and vendor management processes to ensure timely availability of resources. Collaborate across departments--especially with Sales, Installation, and Procurement teams--to improve internal workflows. Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and training initiatives. Maintain administrative systems and ensure effective operational delivery. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions with professionalism. Work closely with senior management to align HR and operational strategies with business goals.
