Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development & Implementation:
Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Strategic HR Leadership:
Advise management and lead HR strategies that support organizational expansion.
Overseas Operations Management:
Handle HR functions and coordination with
international offices
, ensuring compliance with local and overseas regulations.
Talent Management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for domestic and overseas teams.
Employee Relations:
Build a positive work culture, address grievances, and maintain transparent communication.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to statutory laws and company policies across all locations.
Travel & Coordination:
Willing to travel to overseas offices to manage HR operations and support growth.
Business Contribution:
Collaborate closely with top management to align HR initiatives with business goals and contribute to overall company growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
7-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
Experience managing
multi-location or international operations
preferred.
Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and legal compliance.
Energetic, committed, and willing to take up responsibilities proactively.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
Willingness to
travel internationally
as required.
