Key Responsibilities



Strategic HR Leadership


Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision and long-term goals.
Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession management, and strategic talent development.
Champion initiatives that drive high levels of employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture transformation.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding


Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for senior and business-critical roles, ensuring a diverse and high-performing talent pipeline.
Develop and implement employer branding strategies.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and integration processes to ensure seamless new hire experiences.

HR Business Partnership

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with functional goals.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on organizational design, workforce productivity, and talent management.
Support change management and transformation projects across departments.

Performance Management & Learning


Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the

performance management system

(via tools like

Keka

) to promote a feedback-oriented culture.
Identify capability gaps and lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives aligned with business needs.
Design and implement career development frameworks and leadership development programs.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations


Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and benefits offerings through benchmarking and market analysis.
Oversee HR operational excellence, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.

Policy Development & Statutory Compliance


Formulate and regularly update HR policies to reflect legal requirements and best practices.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, wage codes, statutory requirements, and internal HR audits.
Monitor and manage risk related to employee relations, contracts, and legal exposures.

Employee Engagement & Culture


Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster inclusion, motivation, and well-being.
Conduct engagement surveys, analyze insights, and lead action planning to address key concerns.
Promote a values-based, high-performance culture across all levels of the organization.

Employee Relations & Workforce Welbeing


Act as a key point of contact for conflict resolution, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Lead DE&I and wellness initiatives to support a positive and inclusive workplace.
