Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company objectives.
Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date and compliant with labor laws.
Support payroll processing and manage attendance and leave systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.).
Assist in creating a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and feedback collection.
