Build and scale company culture and people processes from the ground up.
Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
Design and implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
Manage HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
Coach and support leaders in organizational development and team effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Requirements
8+ years
of core HR experience, with
4+ years in IT product/startup or SaaS environments.
Proven ability to scale teams from
early-stage (50-100) to mid-scale (300+ employees).
Strong background in
end-to-end hiring
and
leadership roles.
Deep understanding of
startup culture, agility, and people management nuances.
Working knowledge of
modern HRMS tools
, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Energetic, people-first mindset with a balance of
strategy and execution.
