to lead the entire Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth people management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the HR department and manage all HR functions end-to-end.
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive company culture, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all departments (junior to leadership hiring).
- Create effective hiring plans, reduce time-to-hire, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage recruitment partners, portals, and employer branding.
3. Onboarding & Induction
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities, documentation, and orientation.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Handle HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws).
- Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
5. Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback systems.
- Support managers in creating development plans and improving team performance.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs.
- Build skill enhancement and leadership development initiatives.
7. Compensation & Benefits
- Work with management on salary structures, increments, and retention plans.
- Benchmark compensation against industry standards.
8. HR Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain HR metrics such as attrition, hiring status, employee feedback, and productivity.
- Provide monthly dashboards and insights to management.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labour laws.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and reporting tools.
