Job Description

Strategic HR management:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.

Talent acquisition and management:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.

Employee relations:

Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations and disciplinary actions in compliance with hospital policies and labor laws.

Performance and development:

Manage the performance appraisal process, conduct reviews, and develop and implement training programs to foster employee growth and development.

Compensation and benefits:

Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and compliant.

Policy and compliance:

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Leadership and mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff and support hospital management on HR best practices.

HR analytics and reporting:

Monitor key HR metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management on topics like turnover, cost-per-hire, and employee engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,281.64 - ₹78,313.39 per month
