Job Description

We are a growing construction contracting company. To strengthen our organization, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who can take initiative, work independently, and establish well-structured systems in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, performance appraisals, and employee engagement.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements - GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, labour laws, safety regulations, and other government mandates.

Develop and implement policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to streamline HR and administration functions.

Manage bonus, incentives, festival benefits, uniform distribution, and employee welfare activities.

Build an interactive, peaceful, and productive work environment that motivates employees.

Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Handle documentation and legal compliance related to the Pvt Ltd company structure.

Skills & Qualities:

Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, compliance, and labour laws.

Ability to take ownership, work proactively, and implement systems.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

Experience in HR for industrial construction sector will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,779.35 - ₹40,968.85 per month
