The Senior Manager - HR & Administration is the strategic human capital leader responsible for building,
implementing, and overseeing all HR and administrative functions across all restaurant outlets. This role
ensures the attraction, development, and retention of high-performing talent while fostering a positive,
compliant, and productive work environment. You will lead a team of HR Officers to execute people strategies
that directly support operational excellence and business growth in a multi-location, fast-paced setting.
