Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance management, appraisals, promotions, training and development.
Maintain compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Manage payroll support, benefits, attendance records, and HR documentation.
Work with senior management to plan workforce needs, budgeting, and HR strategy.
Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
Requirements / Skills:
Bachelor's degree (in HR / Business / relevant field); HR specialization or prior experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and documentation.
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential information and exercise discretion.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
