Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement scalable HR policies, frameworks, and processes.
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals and future workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels--from entry to leadership roles.
Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a motivated workforce.
Design and execute strategies to reduce attrition and strengthen employer branding.
3. Performance Management & Development
Establish a structured performance management system including goal-setting, feedback, and review mechanisms.
Identify skill gaps and create learning and development opportunities for employees across functions.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.
5. HR Operations & Reporting
Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (attrition, engagement, headcount, etc.) and present insights to leadership for decision-making.
What You'll Bring
4-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws in India.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--able to partner effectively with both leadership and employees.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and MS Office Suite.
