to lead HR operations at our manufacturing unit in Bokaro. This role involves implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and driving talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
talent acquisition
and recruitment strategies.
Handle
employee relations
, grievances, and engagement.
Manage
performance reviews, training, and development plans
.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, HR policies, and audits
.
Oversee
compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
.
Maintain HR records, reports, and
HR metrics
for management.
Promote safety, well-being, and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years' experience
as Assistant HR Manager or similar role.
Experience in the
manufacturing industry
preferred.
Knowledge of
ethanol/beverage industry HR practices
is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (Master's/HR certification preferred).
Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
HRIS & MS Office
