Job Description

Responsible for full cycle of hiring. (Recruitment, negotiation, interview lineups, Documentations and joining. o Responsible for the initial screening of candidates, short-listing till the closure of the position o Sourcing candidates through job portal, posting, social networking site, employee referral and external agency. o Understanding position detail, providing relevant candidates through detailed pre-screening to the hiring managers and driving closures with providing market intelligence and suggestions whenever situation demands. o Responsible for hiring senior level, junior and middle level requirements for most of the entities across India. o Deciding on recruitment strategy with help of hiring managers. o Short listing, pre-screening, Interview scheduling/coordination
