We are looking for an "Senior HR Manager - APAC" position for our global client for Mumbai, India.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner across multiple APAC countries, ensuring alignment between regional needs and global HR governance.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and COEs to drive HR initiatives, change management processes, and employee engagement strategies.
• Partner with regional HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support integration efforts and manage legacy employee alignment.
• Facilitate cultural alignment, organizational development, and transformation initiatives across fragmented APAC structures.

• Proven hands-on 8-10 years of experience in HR or a similar strategic HR role in a global company.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Having a collaborative and approachable style.
• Experience with change management and organizational development.
