Role Overview
We are looking for a
hands-on HR Lead who is eager to grow into a business and people leader
as the company scales.This is not a back-office HR or policy-only role. This is a
frontline execution role with leadership trajectory
. You will take
end-to-end ownership of HR operations, compliance, workforce data, and people systems
, while working closely with
Delivery, Finance, and Leadership
.This role is ideal for someone who has worked in
startup or scale-up environments
, has personally managed HR operations, and now wants to

You will help
shape how the business grows through people.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End HR Operations Ownership
Own and manage:
Attendance, leave, payroll coordination
Joining, exits, notice periods, F&F
Offer letters, employment contracts, employee records
PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishment, and labor law compliance
Ensure
100% accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
across the employee lifecycle.
2. Compliance, Audits & Investor Readiness
Maintain
audit-ready HR documentation
Own statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, labor laws, filings)
Prepare HR data for:
Investor due diligence
Statutory audits
Financial and operational audits
Maintain a
single source of truth
for employee, contract, and compliance data
3. Workforce & Project Metrics Ownership
Own and track all people-related business metrics:
Employee billability and utilization
Bench and deployment tracking
Project-wise headcount allocation
Hiring demand vs available capacity
Joiners, exits, and active billable resources
Provide leadership with
clear, real-time visibility into workforce economics

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Delivery teams
to track staffing, project needs, and deployment
Finance
to ensure payroll, billing, and invoicing match actual deployed resources
Ensure:
Invoices reflect real project staffing
Headcount changes are reflected immediately in financials
One clean, consistent view of people across HR, Finance, and Delivery
5. HR Systems & Process Excellence
Lead the implementation and optimization of:
HRMS
Payroll systems
Attendance and leave tools
Integration between
HR and Accounting systems
Your goal:One accurate, real-time system for people, payroll, and billing
6. Employee Relations & Judgment
Handle sensitive employee matters including:
Performance issues
Medical exits
Notice period and separation disputes
Compliance-sensitive situations
Demonstrate
strong judgment, fairness, and legal awareness
