HR Strategy & Policy Implementation

Design, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with organizational goals Support business leaders with workforce planning and strategic decision-making

Talent Acquisition & Management

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Manage onboarding and employee integration programs

Performance Management & Development

Implement performance review systems and provide guidance on goal setting Identify training needs and manage L&D programs Support career progression, coaching, and succession planning initiatives

Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Act as a point of contact for resolving grievances, conflict management, and disciplinary actions Conduct engagement surveys and implement action plans

Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory filings

HR Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related KPIs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.87 - ?40,417.65 per month
