Manage onboarding and employee integration programs
Performance Management & Development
Implement performance review systems and provide guidance on goal setting
Identify training needs and manage L&D programs
Support career progression, coaching, and succession planning initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Act as a point of contact for resolving grievances, conflict management, and disciplinary actions
Conduct engagement surveys and implement action plans
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation
Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory filings
HR Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making
Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related KPIs
