Job Description

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all hospital staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare staffing norms. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance appraisal processes to maintain a healthy workplace environment. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to hospital operations. Coordinate with department heads to address manpower planning, shift scheduling, and skill development needs. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and accreditation requirements. Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and long-term retention. Must be fluent in Kannada
