Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across departments.
Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure implementation and compliance of company policies and statutory requirements.
Support periodic performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback processes.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication drives.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data accuracy.
Address employee concerns with sensitivity, ensuring a positive work environment.
Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
Support HR audits, reports, and policy documentation as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with HRMS platforms.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and discretion.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
