This role demands strong expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, and Documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent HR practices across locations while building a positive, structured, and high-performing workplace culture.
Lead the complete Performance Management System (PMS), including creating, monitoring, and evaluating KPIs/KRAs.
Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
Manage probation reviews, appraisals, and performance discussions.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Maintain healthy employee relations and drive engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
Conduct regular branch visits to ensure alignment with HR policies and practices.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, selection, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting, MIS updates, and compliance documentation.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.
Implement HR policies and ensure consistent execution across branches.
Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements for smoother operations.
Coordination & Communication
Facilitate HR meetings, circulate internal communication, and support cross-functional coordination.
Collaborate with management to address workforce planning, culture-building, and team alignment.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles.
Strong knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour regulations, and employee engagement practices.
Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel between branches regularly.
