Job description
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns and providing guidance.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct and resolve employee relations issues, investigations, and grievances.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, attendance, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Coordinate with site engineers and procure the requirements
Coordinate with accounts team
Recruitment & Staffing
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and participate in the recruitment cycle.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
Compensation & Benefits
Assist in payroll coordination, salary revisions, and employee benefits administration.
Analyze compensation data and support HR in developing competitive pay structures.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Contribute to HR policy design and implementation.
Lead or support HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, HR digitalization, and culture-building initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights by preparing HR reports and dashboards.
General admin works
Post rental requirements and bring in leads
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
3-4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or senior HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders.
