Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.

Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions.

Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

Assist with payroll and Compliance management (PF, ESIC, PT & Returns etc).

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.

Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders & campus owner for smooth execution of engagement calendar.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business.

3+ years of experience working in Human Resources.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
